WICKS Business Information continues to grow with acquisition of Executive Enterprise Institute

Fairfield, Connecticut (March 6, 2006) – WICKS Business Information, LLC (WBi) announced today that it has acquired certain assets of Executive Enterprise Institute, LLC (EEI), a leader in compliance and best practices live training, in a move that reinforces WBi’s commitment to meet the compliance and regulatory needs of the financial and corporate markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Executive Enterprise Institute is a conference and seminar producer serving the expanding compliance and regulatory markets, focused primarily in areas of SEC compliance, financial reporting, accounting standards, banking, taxation, human resources and labor relations, and financial services. The business produces over 100 events annually, which draw over 5,000 senior financial and legal professionals from corporations, accounting and law firms, and government and non-profit organizations.
